Sushi

I want to start my blog with my most favorite and the most famous traditional Japanese food, sushi. I guess most people have eaten it before. When I went back to Japan for winter vacation, I ate sushi more than five times in a month. In Japan, there is a lot of Kaiten-sushi, which little plates of sushi go around on a circular conveyor belt. You can take any plates or you can order the sushi chef what you want to eat. Many sushi bars are very cheap! Some restaurants set every plate same price and some restaurants set the price depends on the plates’ colors. The side menu is abundant varieties, such as ramen, french fries, and cake, and it also come to your seat on a conveyor belt. Genki Sushi is one of the most famous Kaiten-sushi in Hawaii. When I went to eat sushi in Hawaii, I got a culture shock because inventive roll sushi, like a California roll or a rainbow roll, is the most popular sushi instead of Nigiri-sushi, which is the basic sushi. It was strange but interesting to me. I love these roll sushi. When I watched these pictures, I felt like eating sushi and going back to Japan. If you go to Japan, please try real Japanese sushi!
